昭和の匂いを色濃く残す末広からインスピレーションをもらったデザインはイラストレーターの遊鷹氏デザイン。
お店で古くから使われているコパトーンの水着ポスターから着想を得たバブル感のあるギャルをメインモチーフに、森戸神社や末広の外観などローカルを表現するアイコンをあしらったデザインはまるで昔のボックスマッチのラベルのような雰囲気。
フロントは家紋のようなスタイルの末広ロゴとSWOON SUPPLY CO.のダブルネーム。
