In the event that a customer requests the correction, addition, or deletion ( hereafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of his or her personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law for the reason that the personal information is not true, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use after confirming that the request is made by the customer. If a customer requests us to stop using or erase his/her personal information ( hereafter referred to as "stop usage, etc.") based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, on the grounds that his/her personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use announced in advance, or on the grounds that his/her personal information was acquired through deception or other wrongful means, and if it is found that there is a reason for the request, we will stop usage, etc. of his/her personal information without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself. However, this does not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to suspend use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
